Our RXOM is a good one . I feel like she understands that the main point of the role being created was to take some of the load off the RXM . She makes the day easier for all of us . I think that's a good way of knowing if your a good/ bad RXOM . Do you make your teams day easier or harder. The job was designed to make the job better not worse .Follow workflow and returns. This is the way. Rxom essentially manages the pharmacy, something the RXM used to do, but now the RXM is accountable for the duties of the RXOM. The RXM should give expectations to the RXOM. The RXOM has responsibilities that include some office hours. They should be able to do what they need too in 1 or 2 hours a day.
